What made you want to obtain your CEM designation?

I want to know something more international and have strong connection to this field.

What advice would you give to an aspiring individual who wants to apply for the CEM program?

It is a very worthy self-investment. You will noonly apply what you learn to your career, but also meet different people and get more resources.

How did you start your career in this industry?

I knew this industry by chance then I found I really love this kind of works. So, I started it as an assistant, then an account executive. And now I am a manager.

How have you made a difference with your show or with working with a client by applying the knowledge you gained by obtaining your CEM designation?

I cannot make too many differences by what I’ve learnt from the courses with the show of my company, but I can work on some details and let the exhibitors feel we are more and more professional.

What did you like most about the CEM Learning Program?

I know different exhibitions in the world and various experiences/trouble shooting from the lectures and the classmates. It is a kind of brainstorming and very interesting.
