My CEM has helped me in networking with exhibition professionals and learning more about the ongoing trends and methodology.

The courses under CEM help industry professionals in maintaining and upgrading their event know-how.
What made you want to obtain your CEM designation?
I wanted to learn more about hybrid events, change in the working in the event industry post COVID and source relevant opportunities in exhibition sales and marketing.
What advice would you give to an aspiring individual who wants to apply for the CEM program?
I would suggest opting for courses that give insights into every aspect of exhibition management like operations, finance, risk management, etc. This helps in understanding the entire industry and not just a specific field.
How did you start your career in this industry?
I started my career as a sales manager and then a project manager with French Trade-show Promotion Agency (Promosalons) and represented Comexposium trade shows in India.
How have you made a difference with your show or working with a client by applying the knowledge you gained by obtaining your CEM designation?
I look forward to working with leading exhibition organizers and apply my knowledge acquired through the CEM Learning Program.
